divh2Sales Associate/h2pThe Sales Associate plays a key role in supporting the sales team by fostering client relationships and helping capture residential new home sales. This position assists in demonstrating product features, providing relevant information to potential home buyers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Sales Associate also provides critical administrative support throughout the sales and contract process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency./ppUnlike an entry-level sales assistant, this accelerated role provides the opportunity to curate the sale from start to finish. The Sales Associate works closely with Sales Professionals, assisting with Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), guiding prospects through the buying journey, and gaining hands-on experience in the complete sales process. This position is designed as a development path toward becoming a Sales Consultant./ppDuties / Responsibilities:/pulliProvide extraordinary customer service and fully understand and communicate product offerings, building processes, financing plans, and the mortgage process to help guide prospects/buyers./liliPrepare accurate reports including competition analysis for all competitors in the division, as well as Sales and Traffic reports for the communities./liliAssist Sales Professionals in preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to support pricing and sales strategies./liliAnswer phones and schedule appointments for sales consultants./liliGreet potential home buyers and provide community brochures/information./liliCollate and maintain sales materials including brochures and literature./liliEnsure model home is clean and orderly (remove all trash, stock fridge, etc.)./liliTimely open and close the model home, completing all checklists./liliAssist Sales Professionals with activities such as updating CRM systems./liliMaintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or above./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHS diploma or equivalent required./liliMinimum of 2 years of sales experience required, ideally in a commission-based industry such as new home sales, luxury retail, fine goods, or automotive sales./liliExperience as a New Home Sales Assistant is strongly preferred./liliExcellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and diligence in following up with leads./liliMust be able to work evenings as needed, as well as weekends./liliProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint./liliAbility to multitask and manage various projects and deadlines simultaneously./liliTeam-oriented, motivated, and committed to professional presentation (business professional attire required)./liliFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus./li/ulpSupervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities./ppWork Environment: This job primarily operates on-site at home construction communities and in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level at each community may be loud regularly./ppPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job./ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, sit, talk and hear; walk; use hands, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus./ppPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, nonexempt position.
