Are you ready to be a key player in our fulfillment process? We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Boise, Idaho, to support our expanding logistics network. This role involves a mix of tasks focused on ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking items according to order sheets, verifying product information, and packing items securely for shipment. Additionally, you will assist with receiving incoming stock, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Your dedication to accuracy and speed will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and shipping.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Utilize and properly wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform lifting of boxes and other items, with standard lifting requirements up to 50 pounds.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to achieve team objectives.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment focused on efficiency and safety.
This position demands attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
