Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Austin, Texas. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all inbound and outbound shipments. You will be responsible for managing inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. You will work closely with our shipping and receiving supervisors to ensure all deadlines are met and all products are handled with care. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Attention to detail is paramount to prevent errors in inventory counts and shipment manifests. You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and hard work. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and accurately record incoming inventory.
  • Verify shipping documentation against received goods.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
  • Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Maintain an organized and clean shipping and receiving area.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, supporting overall logistics operations.
  • Perform heavy lifting of packages and materials throughout the shift.
  • Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and on time to meet customer demands.
