We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is fundamental to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a range of activities including receiving and processing incoming stock, managing inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Safety is our highest priority, and we expect all team members to strictly adhere to all safety procedures and consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires physical capability, including the ability to perform moderate lifting and other manual tasks throughout the shift. You will collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals, contributing directly to the success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
- Store and organize products within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from shelves.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, free from hazards.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, including the use of required PPE.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervision.
- Contribute to team efforts and support departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous.
- Capability to perform tasks involving regular lifting (up to 35 lbs).
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and safety standards.
- Dedication to using PPE correctly and promoting a safe workplace.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to adapt to changing operational needs and work overtime when required.
