We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed and shipped. This position is vital to our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in inventory.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
