Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency in Logistics.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
- Monitor and control operational costs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
