Seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our energetic team in Chicago, Illinois. You will utilize order lists or RF scanners to locate merchandise, verify quantities and product details, and then prepare items for dispatch. Accuracy and efficiency are key performance indicators for this position. We expect all team members to uphold our high standards of quality and customer service. A strong commitment to safety is mandatory; you must consistently use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all warehouse safety protocols. This role involves frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses good manual dexterity, and works well in a team environment. Understanding the importance of timely order processing within the broader logistics network is essential.
