You will be involved in tasks such as receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, picking and packing customer orders, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. **Safety** is our top priority, and all associates are expected to strictly follow **Safety** protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical stamina, as it requires frequent **Lifting**, standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift. - Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
- Replenish inventory stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the use of **PPE**.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Contribute to efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to **Lifting** up to 60 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of **Logistics** and supply chain processes is a plus.
- Dedicated to maintaining a **Safety**-first work environment and adhering to **PPE** requirements.
