As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for: Conducting research to identify potential customers and generate leads Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and interests Scheduling appointments and demos for the sales team Following up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. What we are looking for in a Sales Development Representative: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (B2B), ideally within a tech or SaaS environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
