The Swift Group is looking for a Data Analyst to innovate, test, and apply new methods of analysis while serving as an instructor. You will be responsible for providing course instruction and contributing across various groups applying data analysis principles. As a methodological analyst/instructor, you will work to create, improve, and validate training material. There are some opportunities to work on projects and offer consulting on a wide variety of customer needs and data sets./ppResponsibilities:/pulliServe as an instructor for the analysis courses (Intro class is every other month, Advanced course is quarterly)/liliPrepare and deliver documents ranging from technical reviews, class enhancements, and curriculum updates/liliOrganize and actively engage on Technical Review Boards (TRB) and Working Groups (WG) and serve as an operational expert to various elements/liliEnsure that operational plans are compliant with technical requirements and quality control standards/liliCoordinate and communicate between various operational elements to create the best solutions and teaching environments possible/liliFoster creative updates to courses that this position will manage and instruct; work with an instructional designer to refresh/update the course as needed/liliMarket course to target audiences/liliBe available on client systems to answer questions from students on a regular basis/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliDemonstrated experience with Python, especially in the creation of queries/liliExperience serving as a technical instructor/liliStrong problem solving and analytical skills/liliStrong relationship and network building skills/liliBachelors Degree in relevant field/liliUS citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required/li/ulpDesired Experience:/pulliExperience with Social Network Analysis (SNA)/liliProgramming background/liliDemonstrated experience with Jupyter Notebooks/liliExperience with Python package Networkx/li/ulpDo you know anyone for this position, or other positions open at The Swift Group?
