The Role You will own exports end‑to‑end — from market development and distributor management through to export documentation, logistics coordination, and country‑specific compliance. This is a hands‑on, commercially driven role in a growing manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow international export markets and distributors
Manage export customers, pricing, forecasts, and commercial terms
Ensure correct use of INCOTERMS and compliance with destination‑country requirements
Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners
Work closely with Technical and Operations teams to ensure compliant, on‑time deliveries
Skills Required
Proven experience in export sales or export management (food/FMCG preferred)
Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade processes
Commercially minded, detail‑oriented, and highly organised
Comfortable working in a hands‑on scale‑up environment
Confident managing distributors and international customers
