£30,000 + Commission Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups to potential investors. Use automated sales and CRM systems to manage leads and track activity. Generate interest, qualify prospects, and guide new clients through onboarding. Proactively share ideas to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive campaign success. Requirements Experience in Finance essential - Private Equity, Asset Management /Wealth Management,Accounting,Fintech,Capital Markets etc Confident, outgoing, and energetic personality. Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills. Motivated by targets, commission, and career progression. Resilient and organised with a positive attitude. Experience in telesales, lead generation, or business development is a plus, but full training provided.
