Dental Administrator (Full-Time)

Location: Temple Drive Northeast
Schedule: Must be available to work one weekend (either Saturday or Sunday)

About Us:
We are a patient-centered dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Dental Administrator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome patients upon arrival to the practice.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as needed.
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Prepare daily schedules and charts for the dental team.
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records, including recent treatments and procedures.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and provide telephone reminders.
  • Communicate with dental insurance providers to verify coverage and determine co-payments.
  • Process payments and verify accepted payment methods.
    Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office or healthcare administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in dental practice management software and general office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
