Our Columbus, Ohio location is looking for a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our warehouse equipment and infrastructure. As a Warehouse Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct repairs on various warehouse machinery, including conveyors, forklifts, and automated systems. Ensuring the overall safety and operational readiness of our logistics environment is your primary objective. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance schedules, responding to equipment breakdowns, and performing necessary repairs in a timely manner. Safety is a top priority; you will conduct safety checks on equipment and ensure compliance with all regulations. Adherence to proper safety procedures and the use of appropriate PPE are mandatory. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with warehouse equipment repair and maintenance is essential. You will be expected to manage parts inventory for repairs and document all maintenance activities.
