Join our fast-paced warehouse environment as a Picker/Packer in Cincinnati, Ohio! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to accurately and efficiently pick orders, pack items securely, and prepare them for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Your duties will include using handheld scanners to locate and retrieve products, carefully packaging items to prevent damage during transit, and applying shipping labels. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety procedures, and wearing the required PPE. This role demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting. Regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs will be a requirement of this position. We value a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy in our logistics operations. Training will be provided, but prior warehouse experience is beneficial.
