Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce fulfillment process. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will handle a variety of products, ensuring they are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment according to company standards. Your contribution is vital to our customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet daily order fulfillment goals and maintain high levels of productivity. Understanding and following all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE, is essential. This role involves significant physical demands, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment according to carrier guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and fulfillment area.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- This role requires regular lifting and movement of goods.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse operations as directed.
