The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role requires physical stamina, including consistent lifting and manual dexterity, to manage inventory effectively. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Report any damages or safety hazards immediately.
- Support overall warehouse efficiency and team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to safety and correct PPE usage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Flexibility to work required shifts, including potential overtime.
