Job Summary:
We are actively recruiting for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. This role is integral to our supply chain operations, focusing on the efficient handling and movement of goods within our facility. You will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including order picking and packing, inventory management, receiving, and shipping. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of operational efficiency and safety . This position involves considerable physical activity, including significant lifting and standing. We prioritize a safe work environment and expect all team members to strictly adhere to all PPE guidelines.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse using appropriate systems.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of designated PPE .
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE .
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
