Responsibilities:
- Pick items from warehouse locations according to digital or paper pick lists.
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Verify product information, including SKUs and quantities, to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare picked items for packing or staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned picking zones.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety rules and regulations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret pick lists and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail is essential for order accuracy.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Knowledge of general logistics and warehouse functions is a plus.
- Team player attitude and ability to work independently.
