The position requires physical endurance, involving standing, walking, bending, and the ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipment.
- Label and stage packages for outgoing logistics.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment responsibly as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment or general labor is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to utilize PPE.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
