Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing logistics team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, from receiving products to preparing them for shipment. Your contributions are vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Key duties include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking items from inventory, meticulous packing of products to prevent damage during transit, and preparing shipments for dispatch. We maintain a strong focus on workplace safety; therefore, adherence to all safety procedures and the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position involves significant physical activity, including extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Package orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carriers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended shifts.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
