Your Role at a Glance This role focuses on Sales Support and Project Coordination. You’ll handle customer enquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, build product knowledge, and support pre‑sale discussions.
Project Support
Coordinating with internal departments (design, planning, production, logistics)
Assisting with scheduling and documentation for equipment delivery and installation
Following up on project status and ensuring all customer requirements are met
Who We’re Looking For We don’t expect you to know everything! You’ll receive hands‑on support from experienced Projects engineers and Sales managers, giving you the platform to develop quickly and take on more responsibility as you grow.
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A technical mindset and eagerness to further develop engineering principles
A team player with a positive attitude
Previous involvement in quoting, estimating, or technical sales support (min 2‑3 years)
An inquisitive, proactive thinker who enjoys solving problems and providing solutions
The ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings & fundamental principles
Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in following up tasks
Desirable Experience (Nice to Have, but not essential)
Exposure to food processing, packaging, or hygiene equipment environments
Familiarity with basic CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing drawings or simple layouts
Experience working with OEM equipment, integrators, or mechanical/materials‑handling systems
An understanding of manufacturing principles – fabrication/assembly/testing/installation
Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (design, production, service, logistics)
Hands‑on experience with site surveys
