Job Title: Registered Home Manager Location: Romney Marsh, Kent Salary: £40,000 per annum

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our small, charming care home specializing in learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning disabilities and a deep understanding of the sector, along with previous experience holding CQC registration within a care home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.
• Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of person-centered care.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents with learning disabilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of residents and staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.
• Strong background and understanding of learning disabilities.
• Previous CQC registration experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
