We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Assistant Private Banking professional who is fluent in German and English. The role involves supporting Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality services to ultra-high-net-worth clients, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth banking operations.
Key Responsibilities: Support Relationship Managers in all administrative matters
Prepare client presentations, reports, and financial documentation
Assist in account opening, onboarding, and compliance procedures
Liaise with internal departments such as compliance, legal, and operations
Handle client inquiries, transactions, and general banking requests
Maintain and update client records while ensuring confidentiality
Support investment and financial product administration
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal banking policies Qualifications & Skills: Banking apprenticeship or similar education, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management in Switzerland
Profound knowledge of investment products, financial instruments, and wealth management solutions
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and banking software (Finnova)
Understanding of Compliance, KYC, and AML regulations
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is a must
