Quality Assurance Manager
to lead quality efforts for the development and production of mixed-signal integrated circuits used in aerospace applications. This role ensures compliance, traceability, and process integrity across the full product lifecycle—from design through manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain QA processes aligned with aerospace and IC industry standards
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
Ensure end-to-end traceability across architecture, design, and manufacturing
Conduct internal and external quality audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to uphold quality standards
Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis for quality issues
Experience
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
Strong commercial QA experience in IC development, ideally within aerospace or mixed-signal domains
Strong knowledge of VLSI flows and industry quality standards
Experience with configuration management, documentation control, and audit preparation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
