Bartender

Overview
We are seeking young skilled and enthusiastic servers & bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Provide assistance during catering events or banquets as required.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on bartending or related roles.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus, along with knowledge of brewing techniques for craft beverages.
