Overview
LIFT is looking for an Art Director/Designer II with strong experience in Figma, email/CRM design, and direct mail to join our creative team on a temporary contract. This is a great opportunity for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves working on performance-driven creative across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Design performance-focused assets across email, lifecycle/CRM, SMS, direct mail, paid social, and digital
- Work hands-on in Figma, maintaining systems, libraries, components, and clean file structures
- Execute and refine design work within existing brand systems and templates
- Collaborate with Creative, Production, and
