Server

Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board. Second shift availability is a must

Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Present menus and take food and beverage orders
- Deliver orders accurately and promptly to tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Upsell menu items and beverages to increase sales
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas

Requirements
- Strong guest relations skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Proficiency in basic math for order taking and bill calculation
- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varying guest needs

The hourly rate is based on average weekly tip earnings plus hourly server rate.

Pay: $ $29.00 per hour
