About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
to architect, build, and launch a critical new application that will support our internal platform capabilities.

This is a
high-autonomy, part-time contract
where you will be expected to
own features end-to-end
, ensuring they are secure, highly scalable, and production-ready from day one. This is
not a junior or mid-level role
; we require a proven self-starter who can contribute immediately with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build robust full-stack features and services from specification to deployment.
• Implement
  robust, security-first
  , and scalable backend systems with appropriate authentication and data protection, adhering to enterprise security standards.
• Build clean, high-performance, and responsive UI components using modern JS frameworks.
• Manage hosting, deployment, and infrastructure tasks using AWS or GCP.
• Apply best-practice engineering standards, including thorough testing, code reviews, and clear documentation.
• Participate actively in planning, testing, and release cycles.

Required Tech Stack Strength

We are looking for proven strength and expertise across the following areas:

Backend: or Python
(with Express/FastAPI/Flask),
PostgreSQL/MySQL
(or similar relational DB), REST APIs,
Auth/Role-Based Access
.
Docker familiarity is a plus.

Frontend: React /
(or similar modern JS framework), strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Infrastructure: AWS or GCP deployment
experience, Linux and command-line comfort,
CI/CD & Git best practices

Requirements & Experience

• 5+ years
  of professional full-stack engineering experience.
• Proven track record
  of successfully launching and maintaining production applications.
• A strong security mindset
  is mandatory (auth, data protection, API security, input validation).
• Expertise in integrating and managing third-party APIs securely.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to commit to approximately
  20 hours per week consistently
  .
• Must be legally based in the United States or European Union
  (required for compliance).

Nice to Have

• Experience working in environments with high compliance or security considerations (
  SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR
  ).
• Prior exposure to the
  AI/ML data pipeline or Generative AI space
  .
• Demonstrated ability to move fast with high quality and exceptional documentation.
