Front Desk Associate – Smilez of Wayne (Cannabis Dispensary)

$14/hr + Tips | Full-Time (30–40 hrs/week) | Nights & Weekends Required

Smilez of Wayne is looking for a friendly, motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team This is a customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and help ensure they have an exceptional experience from check-in to checkout.

What You'll Do

• Warmly greet customers upon arrival and guide them through the check-in process
• Take customer orders and assist with product recommendations
• Deliver products and ensure all containers are accurately labeled
• Operate our dispensary point-of-sale system and maintain compliance with Metrc inventory tracking
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and safe by following company policies and state regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

Experience with cannabis systems such as Dutchie and Metrc is a strong plus

Schedule

• Full-time: 30–40 hours per week

Requirements

• Must be 21+ to comply with state cannabis laws
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
