Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team This role is vital in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment while managing essential bookkeeping and administrative tasks. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate schedules, handle financial records, and ensure effective communication across departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in office management and bookkeeping to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative setting.
Duties
- Handle vendor management by coordinating orders, invoices, and service providers
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Assist with payroll processing, human resources tasks, and employee record keeping
- Assist with reconciling accounts
- Oversee office supplies inventory, filing systems, and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks or comparable software
- Knowledge of human resources functions including payroll processing and employee record maintenance
- Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and basic financial reconciliation
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage schedules effectively and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
