Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Experience in fine dining or nightlife settings is preferred, as we aim to deliver top-notch service to our clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, ensuring all requests are noted correctly.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections while upselling when appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding any special dietary needs or modifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for events or shifts as needed.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and fine dining etiquette is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members efficiently.
• Previous experience in the food industry or nightlife settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
