This job will allow entry level into our restaurant and top level candidates will be considered for promotion to our server team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of wine and beverage service
• Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
• Familiarity with food handling and preparation practices
• Ability to assist in banquet setups and bussing duties

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including wine selections, to enhance guest experience.
• You will work directly with the chefs to ensure a smooth flow of food and timing of food to your tables.
• You will report to your server and help them ensure a 5-Star guest experience for all the tables you interact with.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
