Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent hospitality throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Assist with the sanitization of tables, utensils, and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and processing payments.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction with their experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Uphold food handling safety standards in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping guests feel valued and appreciated.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus; certification in food handling is desirable.
