Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate
We are a fast-growing screen printing, embroidery, and branded merchandise company serving clients from athletic organizations, small businesses, to large organizations. Known for quality, reliability, and outstanding customer service, we're expanding our team to support continued growth.
This role plays a key part in supporting our sales team, strengthening client relationships, and helping drive repeat business—while freeing up outside sales to focus on new business development.
Position Summary
The Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate is the front-line contact for inbound sales inquiries and ongoing customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their knowledge of promotional products, custom apparel, and branded merchandise.
You will work closely with the CEO and Sales Team to manage inbound opportunities, support existing accounts, and drive proactive outreach that contributes directly to company growth.
Growing Our Promotional Products Division
As we continue to grow our promotional products division, this position will play an important role in supporting and expanding this area of the business. The Inside Sales Associate will help introduce promotional products to existing apparel clients, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support outbound outreach related to branded merchandise solutions.
This role offers hands-on exposure to promotional product sales, supplier platforms such as ASI, and consultative selling—making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, website, and walk-ins while identifying sales opportunities
- Provide quotes, product recommendations, and order updates to customers
- Support sales of screen printed, embroidered, and promotional products by understanding client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Follow up on quotes, lapsed clients, and pending orders to generate additional sales
- Partner with the CEO and Sales Team to support sales initiatives and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate client records, estimates, and sales activity in the CRM
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Sales-minded with an interest in promotional products and branded merchandise
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47, $52,000.00 per year
