Job Summary
Conway Collision Center is growing We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative for our collision center. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, managing inquiries, and facilitating smooth communication between customers and the collision team. The perfect person will work with customers in person, over the phone and via email assisting them with their vehicle estimates and repairs. You will also work with insurance companies as well as handling desk calls.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions regarding body shop services.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, providing updates on vehicle repairs, and answering inquiries related to services offered.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within company systems, including customer information and service details.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients, confirm appointments, update customer files with proper notes of contact, emails sent, information/calls received, etc.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate client services, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills required.
- Customer support experience in a call center or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Skilled in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and outbound calling techniques to engage clients proactively.
- Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions or referrals.
- Must have experience maintaining organized records, excellent follow through and follow up skills.
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- Prior dealership service CSR experience preferred
Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50.0 per week
