Customer Service/ BDC Representative

World Kia now has one opening in our Business Development Department for a New Car specialist.

Kia is a product that is on fire and we have plenty of leads.

We need to add one New Car specialist to our team.

You must be focused on the new car portion of our business and increase our show ratio on these leads. If you are a true new car pro, this is the job for you

You only need to focus on what you're producing and not what the dealership is selling.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat.
• Responding to Internet Lead service requests promptly.
• Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
• Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.
• Assist in generating reports and logs.

Requirements:

• Sales experience a plus.
• Vin Solutions experience a plus
• Call Center experience a plus.
• Dealership experience required.
• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills.
• Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
• Positive Attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel may qualify for additional hourly pay.
• Drive to succeed in customer expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
