Position: Office Manager
Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Manage Accounts Receivable and bookkeeping
- Handle Accounts Payable and invoicing
- Administer HR functions, including payroll via ADP, managing employee benefits, and event planning
- Employee on-boarding and off-boarding
- Schedule and track maintenance for company vehicle fleet
- Assist department managers with material ordering and general purchasing needs
- Work closely with the owner on tasks such as filing, pulling business documents, running errands, and general assistance

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Office Management experience, preferably in a small business setting
- Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP payroll (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English (Fluent in Spanish desired but not required)

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Proactive, independent, and motivated
- Able to manage time and multitask efficiently
- Comfortable using office equipment and software
- Adaptable, socially perceptive, and service-oriented

Hours/Work Environment:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Additional time during peak seasons may be required)
- In-office position (not remote)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year
- Semi-monthly pay via direct deposit
- Annual performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary
