Bartender – Japanese Restaurant

Overview
Seeking a professional, guest-focused bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced Japanese restaurant. Position includes base pay plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining guests
• Take and serve drink orders; provide recommendations and pairing suggestions
• Mix and garnish classic and Japanese-inspired cocktails; serve sake, whisky, and beer
• Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar and support overall guest experience

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience
• Strong drink-mixing and service skills; POS proficiency
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of sake/Japanese spirits and a second language is a plus
• Relevant alcohol-service certification as required by local law

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 per hour
