Position Summary:
RegalCare at Worcester is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
to lead and oversee all aspects of facility operations. The Administrator will ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care while achieving operational, financial, and compliance goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who can foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion.

Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments within the facility.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.

Oversee financial performance, budgeting, census development, and operational efficiency.

Promote resident satisfaction, quality outcomes, and employee engagement.

Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external partners.

Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure readiness for all regulatory surveys.

Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing staff to support a positive work culture.

Represent the facility professionally in the community and with referral sources.

Qualifications:
Current and active
Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
license (required).

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations (DPH, CMS).

Proven leadership, financial management, and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Compassionate, resident-focused leadership style.
