Full Time Sales Associate AM/PM

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.

Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.

Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures.

Utilize point-of-sales (POS) systems for processing sales transactions efficiently.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.

Experience with POS systems and cash registers is preferred.

Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales analysis.

Ability to supervise others when required, fostering teamwork within the retail environment.
