The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.Position Summary:The Director of Inside Sales is responsible for driving sales goals of 36 Inside Sales Representatives and maximizing transaction quality and volume by supporting the External Sales Team through the management of the Agent Development Team. Candidate will possess 8 + years of previous experience in Telemarketing Sales and / or related field.Responsible for the administration and execution of Company plans, policies and procedures, and will be responsible for developing and achieving specific service goals and operational objectives, targets and quotas. The successful candidate will understand how to maximize store sales, manage agent attrition, while improving service quality.
