Assistant General Manager

Position Overview
We're hiring a high-energy Assistant General Manager / Membership Director to lead front-end operations and drive membership sales. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on goals, loves fitness, and enjoys helping others find their path to wellness.

You'll work alongside a dedicated team of membership sales managers, personal trainers, and group fitness instructors — including Pilates — in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through outreach, warm leads, club tours, and relationship-building
• Lead, train, and motivate the front desk and sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Assist the General Manager with club operations, staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Deliver exceptional customer service to support member satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate local outreach and marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment
• Track daily performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to staff

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, sales, retail, hospitality, or management preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer experience
• Comfortable working with performance goals, KPIs, and commissions
• Reliable, professional, and flexible — weekends required
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and team development
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
