Position Overview
Hugo Wyoming Management LLC is seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across three premier properties: Jackson Fork Ranch, Dead Shot Ranch, and Kingsbred Farm. This role is responsible for ensuring our short-term rentals are consistently in rent-ready condition and maintaining a private owner's estate to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive in performing preventive maintenance, groundskeeping, seasonal tasks, and responsive repairs.
Key Responsibilities
● Property Maintenance: Perform routine and responsive maintenance on short-term rental properties and a private estate to ensure all facilities and systems meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and function.
● Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and protocols in every task. Immediately report and address any identified hazards.
● Systems & Work Orders: Execute preventive maintenance schedules for building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Complete assigned work orders efficiently and document all activities.
● Groundskeeping: Maintain all property grounds, including landscaping, irrigation systems, driveways, and common areas, to ensure a safe and exceptional year-round appearance.
● Seasonal Operations: Conduct essential seasonal tasks, including snow removal, system winterization/de-winterization, and preparing properties for weather-related challenges.
● Team Collaboration: Report to the Maintenance Supervisor and coordinate with staff to complete tasks with minimal disruption to rental operations and daily activities.
Qualifications
Required
● 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (residential or hospitality preferred).
● Working knowledge of core building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs).
● Experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
● Availability for on-call emergency response.
Preferred
● Experience in luxury residential or high-end hospitality maintenance.
● Familiarity with Wyoming's climate and seasonal challenges.
● Knowledge of short-term rental property readiness standards.
● Trade certifications or specialized training.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Working Conditions: This is a hands-on role requiring work across multiple properties. It involves tasks in all weather conditions, including extreme cold. Physical demands include lifting, climbing, bending, and working outdoors. On-call availability for emergencies is required.
