Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Check-in and check-out clients efficiently.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
• Assist with billing and processing payments.
• Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary clinic or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using veterinary practice management software ( AVImark) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes emotionally charged environment.
• Passion for working with animals and their owners.
