Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding service. As one of the first points of contact for our guests. You will help ensure every stay is smooth, secure, and memorable. Whether during the day, evening, or overnight hours.

Schedule

This position offers flexible scheduling across multiple shifts.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests, creating a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system.
  • Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to elevate the guest experience.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Perform nightly audit duties (when scheduled), including balancing transactions and generating financial reports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Monitor property safety and security, reporting issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms and facilities are ready for guests.
  • Answer incoming calls using professional phone etiquette and assist guests as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic accounting practices.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
