Kahane & Associates, P.A., an award-winning consumer finance litigation law firm located in Sunrise Florida, is seeking highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR with a strong emphasis in payroll, benefits, 401k administration, recruiting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

· Build strong relationships across the organization to promote a positive work culture.

· Address employee concerns, mediate workplace issues, and conduct investigations when needed.

· Hands on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.

· Manage all employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and other supplementary benefits.

· Lead annual open enrollment process, evaluate benefit plans, and provide cost/benefit analysis to management.

· Serve as the point of contact for employees with benefit-related questions.

· Utilize ADP ) to process bi-weekly payroll, reporting, and compliance tracking.

· Ensure data integrity and timely updates of employee records.

· Support managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.

· Recommend and implement training programs to develop employee skills and support career growth.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (HR certification a plus – PHR or SPHR).

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a manager-level role.

· Solid Working experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Strong understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and best practices.

· Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration and vendor management.

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

· Collaborative leader with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
