Concordia of Monroeville is currently looking for experienced, passionate and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team

Earn Up to $19.05/hr

Eligible employees can earn an additional $1.50/hour if waiving the insurance benefit

Position Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the clean and presentable appearance of the facility.

Qualifications:

• Caring, compassionate, and understanding
• Housekeeping experience is preferable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs general housekeeping duties such as: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying waste containers, cleaning and sanitizing, and dusting in common areas, hallways, rest rooms and resident rooms, deep cleaning all vacated rooms to prepare for the next resident, washing windows, replenishing supplies, scrubbing floors and carpets.

1. Handles, mixes, stores, and disposes of chemicals safely and properly.

2. Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.

3. Assists with special projects as requested such as carpet shampooing, wall washing, etc.

4. Housekeeping with Floor Tech responsibilities will focus on:

a. Polishing floors

b. Moving furniture such as dressers, etc.

c. Stripping and re-finishing floors
