We are currently seeking a passionate, self-motivated Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team of professionals. This position has flexibility for scheduling including weekdays with minimal weekend day sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, and/or behavioral health and will demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of professionals. Strong, self-starting attitude, confident interpersonal and communication skills are essential as the role involves one-on-one interactions with clients and coordination with caregivers and teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direct supervision of a BCBA and/or BCaBA.
  • Implement treatment plans for skill acquisition and behavior reduction through direct 1:1 sessions.
  • Stay up to date with HIPAA and Board compliance.
  • Collect and document data on client progress towards goals.
  • Apply feedback and training on ABA techniques.
  • Provide behavior support across various settings, including home, classroom, and community environments as applicable.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ideal candidate will have bachelor's in psychology and/or ABA.
  • Ability to pass a background and child welfare check.
  • Ability to become certified within 6 months of employment.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
