Project Manager

We're looking for a
Project Manager
with a foundational background in marketing, creative, or digital project management. You'll work closely with senior team members to support the planning and execution of integrated projects—including branding, websites, and marketing campaigns—for a range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of marketing, digital, and creative projects from kickoff to completion
• Help create and maintain project timelines, task assignments, and budgets
• Work closely with creative, development, and strategy teams to keep projects on track
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and clients on project status
• Participate in project meetings and document key action items
• Anticipate and flag potential project issues or delays
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
• Understanding of creative and digital processes (e.g. web development, campaign production, branding)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication
• Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into more responsibility

• Competitive salary ($80,000–$90,000 based on experience). This range is provided in accordance with good faith salary disclosure practices and does not guarantee a specific salary level.
